Amazing bread... you wouldn't know it was KETO if you didn't see the package with KETO in big letters on the front. Just like wholesome seeded whole wheat bread. So much easier to follow a KETO diet when you can still have toast with breakfast... or a sandwich for lunch. OR... get the sourdough and make FRENCH TOAST!!! So good that even when I'm no longer following KETO this just well may still be MY bread of choice!!!
