I walked past this bread at Costco and saw the word "keto" and the colorful and distinct packaging and thought I would give it a try. Eight ninety-nine was a great deal for a two-pack. Most keto breads are tolerable to just plain awful, but this bread definitely looked visually appealing, and although I was never a big fan of seeded breads, I love to try new things, so I was excited to try this brand's bread. I was blown away by the taste - you would NEVER know it was a keto bread, and the hint of sweetness was an unexpected delight, plus unlike most other keto breads, it is incredibly soft.Yum! I keep my bread in the refrigerator so it lasts longer, and until today I have been toasting this bread and adding butter, but today I had an untoasted buttered slice, and it was just as delicious - the seeds are more noticeable when untoasted. You have to try this bread - you will not regret it, and I cannot wait to try the other flavors, especially the sourdough. Great work, Inked!
