My favorite keto bread EVER!

Wow, after 10 years on keto and trying MANY keto breads, Inked Sourdough is my FAVORITE bread. I’ve been buying it now for months. Hands down beats Hero (funky aftertaste), Dohjoy (also an aftertaste), and Royo, based on taste and texture alone. It tastes the most like regular yeast bread. And yes, it’s sour! Finally a keto sourdough bread! (Dohjoy’s sourdough isn’t very sour at all, the only other keto sourdough that I’ve seen.) Inked sourdough has the right amount of chew and softness. Even the crust and end pieces are delicious. This bread does not turn to dry cardboard in the toaster like other brands. It behaves like it should in the toaster. I’ve never done any blood sugar test, however. You’ll have to go to another review for that. But I recommend this on flavor, and if it doesn’t affect blood sugar as the net carbs suggest, then WINNER.
